WIG Governance Model is a framework that outlines an organization’s general leadership accountabilities and describes how leaders and members interact with other parties. WIG is Non-profit organization use governance models as a basis for developing a unique governance model that suits their leadership structure and purpose. The WIG Board of Directors ensure the respect of WIG Statutes, Code of Ethics, and bylaws.

WIG Code of Ethics is a set of rules and principles designed to encourage ethical conduct amoung members. WIG Core Ethical Values of: Integrity, trustworthiness and accountability; Transparency; Reliability and responsiveness; Equality, inclusiveness and respect for the diversity of people; Dignity; and Environmental responsibility. Every member of the WIG is expected to act responsibly at all times in the discharge of their duties and to avoid any action which may reflect unfavourably on that person’s professional image or be detrimental to WIG’s interests.
